We are one artisan pastry that delights people with flavors, textures and aromas recreated by the minds of our Pastry Chef Carolina Galeano, who with his recipes offers a memorable menu for the most important moments of our clients.
Our goal is to captivate the senses and delight the palates of our clients through design unique flavors and sensory experiences differentials, offering high quality products that reflect passion and creativity in every bite.
Who is Caro Galeano?
Bogotana de nacimiento y Administradora de Empresas nacida en Bogotá, Colombia. Inicialmente se desempeñó en diversas empresas en funciones de gestión, ventas y marketing en Colombia. Siempre paralelo a su desarrollo profesional ha tenido la passion and the taste for the pastry and pastry arts. He had his first business experience with the creation of a company dedicated to the manufacture and sale of Cupcakes and Popcakes, with points of sale in chain supermarkets.
In 2017 she moved to Boca Raton, Florida, where she continued her education, pursuing a Certificate Program in Hospitality Management, before obtaining her MBA with a concentration in Marketing in 2020. She subsequently completed another certificate program in Social media Marketing that culminated in June of the same year. Love4Cakes was born as a result of a business idea developed upon completing these studies. It began operations in Boca Raton, Florida, in September 2020.
In 2022 Caro returns with his family to Colombia, together with them he decides to bring Love4Cakes. So in 2023, already in Colombia, take the Bakery, Pastry and Pastries, in Mariano Moreno, in order to obtain better training and expand its catalog to offer updated and quality products.
After having taken different training courses with some of the most outstanding people in each of their disciplines, such as preparing dough and decorating cakes, cookies, making alfajores, chocolates and puff pastries, among others, the menu of products from gourmet pastries that include Bundt cakes, round cakes, donuts and baked cookies, of which Bundt cakes have always stood out, for their special flavors and textures.
